FAS welcomes members & non-members who are 18 and over to exhibit with us.

Please note that your stewarding commitment is key to the success of this exhibition and it is a requirement of application. You may nominate someone else to do this in your place.

Up to two works can be entered into the exhibition.

2024 1st Prize Winner by Maggie Brown

Tregwynt Mansion is a beautiful historical building set in its own grounds, the exhibition is hosted over two floors and there are steps to the second floor ballroom and stewarding desk.

2D work must be supplied with ‘mirror plates’ for safety & security and appropriately presented (e.g. no clip frames), if you need guidance please contact us.

If you are a 3D artist, to ensure that we can exhibit you appropriately, please contact us before applying.

All work must be for sale & FAS reserve the right not to exhibit some entries, please contact us if you would like to know why this rare event may happen.

There is a non-refundable entrance fee, which is detailed below.

If your work sells, there will be a commission fee of 25% on originals & browser work and 10% on cards which FAS will retain to cover the costs of the exhibition.

Cards and browsers options are only available for FAS members.

There is an additional payment of £10 to include your browser.

Our judges will be announced nearer to the event, the prizes for 2026 are :

1st PRIZE : £300 and a feature in the FAS magazine

2nd PRIZE : £200

The winners will be announced at the launch party.

In addition to this, a Peoples Choice Prize of £100 will be awarded (from votes collected from the exhibition) – this will be announced via this website on the 20th September (& the winner will be emailed).
